Our story
Who are we? Albany HR was created by our Managing Director, Kathleen McAdams. Her wealth of experience crosses multiple industries in SMEs and large global organisations. Her approach is always driven by a commercial yet person-centred approach. Also a passionate learner, to Kathleen it is very important to her that she instills Albany colleagues with the same significant determination to continuously develop and improve. Kathleen is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). In addition, she is an accredited mediator, a qualified Executive and Leadership Coach and Mentor, a member of the Association for Coaching and a qualified Project Manager. She is a trusted advisor to organisations of all sizes across the UK. She is well experienced in delivering the high-quality HR solutions that businesses need, ably supported by a team of experienced internal HR consultants, and Associate HR Consultants .
Based in Edinburgh and operating across Scotland and England, Albany HR serves clients equally effectively through a mixture of virtual and face to face support, dependent on overall client needs.
